Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves.

Little Hands of Jesus is a licensed home daycare and preschool located in Muncie, Indiana. It was started by Elaine Tudor and her husband Clark Tudor in the fall of 2014. We're committed to showing children the love of Jesus Christ, providing an education to prepare them for Kindergarten, building healthy relationships, and having A LOT of fun along the way.

We are licensed for sixteen children and we accept children from six weeks to ten years old.  We are opened Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We follow a daily schedule including two meals, a snack, educational Mother Goose Circle Time, nap time, and play time. Learn more about our curriculum. We offer part time (3 days or less) and full time (4 days or more) services. Contact us for pricing information.

We are currently a level 3 in Paths to QUALITY™, Indiana's Child Care Quality Rating and Improvement System. Elaine is an approved On My Way to Pre-K provider through BY5, the leading organization for early childhood awareness in Muncie and Delaware County, Indiana. If your child is 4 years old by August 1, 2018, they may qualify for a low-income scholarship. Visit onmywaytoprek.org or call 800-299-1627 for more information. Little Hands of Jesus Daycare is also a member of High Scope Education, an independent nonprofit research, development, training, and public outreach organization that focuses on early childhood education and the professional development of those that are in the field.

Miss Elaine and Mr. Clark are such great caregivers to our daughter. They treat her as if she was their own. We love the attention she gets especially with learning and the home cooked wholesome meals. We highly recommend the daycare!
— Jessica Green, Daycare Child's Mother

Elaine has a degree in Child Development and previously owned a licensed home daycare in Muncie called Old Mother Hubbard's Home Daycare from 1990 to 2002. She closed the daycare to pursue a degree in Dietetic Nutrition and spent 8 years employed as a clinical nutritionist at Riley Children's Hospital. She worked with children in need of special diets and formulas, tube feedings, and other special needs. She has experienced training in CPR, First Aid, universal precautions, and Safe to Sleep. Elaine chose to leave her job at Riley in 2013 in order to be closer to home and be able to give more attention to the health needs of her family members. These circumstances created the perfect formula to allow Elaine to open up a new daycare and continue living out her passion to love, teach, and take care of children.
